About
Our three-story Victorian mansion was constructed as a private residence in 1888. The Montgomery Home Association was organized in 1900 and the house became a home for aged people. The house was deeded to the association in 1924 and the Montgomery Home continues to operate as a residential home today.
Set in a very unique location on South Main Street in Middleboro, the home exists to provide residence for people 65 years of age and older. First preference is given to residents of Middleboro and Lakeville, however consideration is given to applicants outside of those communities as space permits. All residents must be of good health, sound mind, and be able to care for themselves.
A most reasonable, one time application fee is charged to all residents. The fee can be paid in one lump sum or financed for up to five years.
